Yes. The how to is what I need. You are right. There is an enormous amount of information here, but having the important stuff condensed into a book would be nice. I will probably get all three of them.
Just racked the five individual gallons into a six gallon bottling bucket. Tastes good, but a slight peppery taste. Actually pretty good for straight from the fermenter.
