So I decided to pick up some 100% blueberry juice and make a 1 gallon batch.
I'm too cheap to buy honey right now, so I went with granulated sugar. Starting SG is at 1.130... sitting on a campden tablet overnight before pitching the yeast, which will be Lalvin 71b-1122.
It took 4 1/2 cups of sugar to get at that SG... seems like alot !
Anyway, I will add the yeast nutrient and pitch the yeast tomorrow, any advice or anything else I should add to it ?
