and yeah I've been dreaming about doing this for a long time.
 
Oooooh cool, yeah come check the place out : )... I'm hoping to one day (no time soon) to see if I can make a very limited regional brew from the ground up... literally. From growing and malting the grains to brewing it. We'll see how that pans out : ) But that won't be for some time.
