Monday, June 9, 2008 will mark our first day.
Open Hours:
Monday – Friday 6:00 – 9:00 PM
Saturday Noon – 6:00 PM

The Grand Opening celebration is planned for Saturday, June 28, 2008.

We have the following meads to offer:

Fleur d'Or - an Orange Blossom Traditional Mead (Dry or Sweet)
Scarlet Solstice - a Cherry, Marionberry, Raspberry Melomel (Dry or Semi-sweet)
Southern Belle - a Tupelo Traditional Mead (Sweet)
Testa Rossa - a Red Raspberry Melomel (Dry)

I wish Eric, Woody, and the rest good fortune. It's been a long and, I'm sure, difficult road. I remember talking to Eric and Woody two years ago at the Meadfest and they'd already begun the process. Good luck, guys!
