Hello all

I just got my first bottle of mead today at a local wine shop. I got HoneyRun Mead Ragnar's Reserve. I really do not know much about mead right now or how they taste however, I have found something I like more than Sake.

Right now I am thinking about trying other bottles of Mead. The only bad thing is that I live in the state of Ohio which is currently a state that does not allow out side states to directly ship.

There are 4 meaderys in my state and I think I want to try them all. However, I will take your wisdom to heart before I buy my next bottle of mead.

Can you recommend anything specific that might be available in the state of ohio or if you know anything about the local meaderys here in Ohio that would be great.

Thanks much
Adam

Welcome to your new obsession! ;D

I think you will really like the Honeyrun they make several very tasty products. Once your state gets out of the dark ages I recommend www.kwmeads.com. They have a very good selection of meads they can ship to you.
