I see there is a Newbee Guide on the website.
This seems to be only web based thou.
Is there a PDF or Word version that I can download and print.
If there is I have not found it.

Any help please?

As far as I know there is just the web version, but you can copy and paste the web pages into word or simply right=click on the web page and select print to print the web version. Should be easy enough to do.
 
if you look next to the Chapter preview on the NewBee Guide's page... there is access to PDF versions of the chapters... (little PDF icon next to the title)
