I've noticed that whenever I use the word tablespoon (t-a-b-l-e-s-p-o-o-n if it doesn't work, it comes up as the word tablesthingy (t-a-b-l-e-s-t-h-i-n-g-y).
I noticed it too but thought it was some kinde of joke you guys had. Kind of like Caveman speek for stuff. If you know how it works, great. If it works and you don't know how it works, then it must be magic. Smash it! *(Burp)*
That is a weird one. I think it has something to do with the board logic. I'm going to make another post here from my other computers each will contain the word s-p-o-o-n.
It is an old problem that has returned like a virus. Vicki took care of it last time it came up about 6 months ago or so. Its not your computer. Its this site.
Joe
Y'all are just now figuring that out? : I thought it was us southern boys that were supposed to be slow.
It is kind of funny how those filters will block out ANY letter combination on the list, even if it's in the middle of a word. Now the question is, does it use "thingy" for every word, or does it have a selection of G-rated words to pick from?
There is also a problem with the word MY A-S-S-U-M-PTION.
For example: my assumption (m-y assumption) is it will change these words as I have not been able to use them in the past.
tablespoon instead use T's or tbls
teaspoons instead use t's or tps
my assumption instead use me assumption or m-y assumption
