I brewed a braggot witbier and I primed it with honey. I know that you are supposed to let it sit for 2 weeks but I cracked one open a week after bottling and the head is insanely thick. If you wait a while the head will go down but when you first pour it in a glass it's crazy thick...will this go away as time goes on? Or is it over carbonate...The taste is spectacular, just to much head.
