Should I keep this old stuff?

I recently bought some stuff on a yard sale. I got a good deal because I got 3 glass 5 gal carboys for a total of $45. This other stuff came with it. I threw away some stuff that was obviously bad (caked up and dry). But I was wondering if this other stuff that looks OK is still good. I have no idea of the age, but I would probably put it at over 5 yrs.

grape tannin
pictic enzymes
sorbic acid tablets
finnings gelatin
and a 4oz jar of something that says "Liqueur Finishing Formula, Wine Sweetener, non-fermentable". I don't even know what this would be used for if I follow the recommended processes on this forum.

Anyone want to throw out an opinion for me to keep or throw?

I'd probably just toss all of it, nothing is particularly hard to find or expensive. The tannin and acid are probably fine, though the enzymes might have degraded over time. Either way, why chance it?

The wine sweetener is probably a solution of nonfermentable sugar like lactose, sucralose, etc. Again, I'd probably just toss it if it were up to me.

I recently acquired all of the equipment of one retired homebrewer who is moving away and doesn't want it. I threw all all the chemicals and ingredients as it looks like it's been sitting around for a while. And I replace all plastic tubing yearly. The five 5 gallon carboys... well, that's another matter entirely.
