I just got a new toy last night that I used and have to recommend to everyone. It was a Fermtech Auto-siphon. You hook your hose onto it, slide it into the must like a wine thief, lift the tube in it once, push the tube back down, and you have must flowing down your hose to the next vessel...

Well worth the $9.95

Also used someone's hint about running a wad of papertowel through the hose to clean it out. Worked well. Thanks to whoever made that suggestion!
 
I got one recently as well, but I haven't yet had the opportunity to use it.
