Hi there,
I m trying to make mead for the first time.
I made 2 big bottles of 5 litres yesterday. But everybody knows, making mead takes time.
I was thinking to experiment with melomels or short meads in 1 litre bottles or maybe 50cl bottles.
So I can try some things, flavors,...
My question is, does the time of fermenting, and whole the process stay the same with smaller batches?
Or can I make drinkable stuff in 1 month or less with those small batches?
I know, aging always makes the mead better but its just to do something and taste something while im waiting for my larger batches.
Tgank you
Sorry for my bad english
