Total brain fart moment last night while doing a 4 gallon batch. Starting gravity was ~1.090. I added, 1tsp k bicarb, 2 tsp of dap and 2 tsp of ferm k when I pitch rehydrated 71b. This was 24 hours ago I've not taken another gravity yet but she is bubbling along nicely. So the question is, does it need more nutrients? Can you over nutrient it at the beginning ?
So I added all my nutrients up front that I should have staggered

When it comes to staggered nutrient, they are more critical if you are trying to push yeast to maximal ABV levels. If you feed them too much early on, the cells grow big and fat and may not develop a membran with maximal alcohol tolerance. The other danger when providing the nutrients at the beginning is that if the yeast gobble up nutrients early, and then suddenly run out, they can get stinky and start producing H2S. In your case, since you are only targeting about 12% ABV, you have provided enough nutrients so that the yeast should be able to complete fermentation. Since you have provided Fermaid K which contains plenty of amino nitrogen that is not so quickly consumed by the yeast, I don't think you will run into sulfur odors.
In short, don't worry. It should be fine.
