There are a few folks who have an in-process (ie Angus - the hydrometer destroyer) as a signature so I started thinking and was curious... What’s in your mead pipeline?

5 gallons Clove, cinnamon, vanilla, just bottled
4 gallons JAO, clearing well but waiting on the damn fruit to drop
5 gallons straight mead, in primary
1 Gallon blueberry Vanilla, bottled--umm, gone actually.
1 gallon blueberry, near bottling
1 gallon chocolate, just into secondary
five gallons Strawberry, racking to secondary tomorrow.

Ok here's the short list..

1 gallon Tarot's tea- aging on oak spiral
1 gallon JOA- ready to rack this weekend
3 gallons Blueberry wine cordial- 2 cold stabling to get rid of pectin, 1 given away to the person got blueberries from.

starting soon
1 gallon quick Sack Cyser (three-four weeks)
1 gallon sweet tea cyser made from the rack of the sack cyser
Tarot.
 
So far 18 bottles Lemon/Banana, just bottled
5 Gallons lemon wine in secondary, clearing
8 bottles lemon vanilla
6 bottles Elder Berry and 6 Elder Berry/Orange
6 bottles Strawberry
2 1.5 bottles Persimon
2 1.5 bottles Pineapple lighter fluid, still aging
8 bottles of "I don't know what"in the bottom box
5 lbs of fresh Elderberries now in the freezer waiting for inspiration and some honey. Need either to start brewing smaller batches or drinking more :-\.
