I made a 5 gallon batch of warranty voided "Quick Grape Mead". I used grape juice, tart cherry juice and cranberry juice instead of just the grape. I racked it onto the campden and potasium sorbate and back sweetened per the instructions about 2 weeks ago. It is clearing nicely but I decided to rack it again to get it off the lees and get a taste. It tastes good but has a yeasty taste to it. Will further ageing get rid of this or did I do something wrong??
