Hi,
Im new on this forum and perhaps there already is a thread about this topic, anyways:
Ihave just started a cyser and i accidentially put too much yeast nutrient (double doze) in the must (fermaid-O). Will it ruin my batch? Ive heard that too much nitrogen will produce ethyl acetate and that taste as nail polish. Should I wait and hope for the best it might not be bad. Or is there some magic trick to save the cyser?
