Greetings and salutations to all. I've been away for a while, but I've not lost interest. Just had too many things going on to play with mead. Now I'm getting back into it at my ever-so-slow pace and know of no better place to start than here. I have to re-learn everything and redesign my recipes, but it will be fun. The good news is that I should be able to afford better equipment this time around.
