LOL...the beauty of this is that all the licensing is in place, all the recipes, etc. It's a package deal you can just move into and start selling!!

Do you know what kind of setup they have? Bbl/year? Do they have employees or is it owner-run?

Now, to figure out how to 1) Move to TN, and 2) Raise the $600K....maybe a bake sale?

If only this was happening about 3-5 years from now, I would totally go for it. Tell John to save it for me? ;D

Just change the name of the class to "Influence of Mass Media and Pop Culture on Public Perception of Science & Technology" and then show movies & YouTube clips all year. Start with 2001 & Dr Strangelove, then move to the Diet Coke & mentos videos. Mythbusters would also be excellent fodder (though they often make horrible assumptions and their "scale" models are usually not). I would take that class!

I can sure tell YOU went to Berkeley! Lots of D-Cal classes much like that!

Don't I just wish...if only we didn't have to deal with all those pesky standards and exams in the spring and stuff. :(

There used to be a psychedelics class there, if you go to the school I think you do. Oh, liberal-arts-isn't-liberal-enough schools...
