I have 3 gallons of mead that is dry at 1.01, and 6 gallons of mead that's sweet and stuck at 1.06
Is there a way to calculate what the gravity will be when / if I mix all 9 gallons together?

meadcalc has a blending utility. According to it your FG for the blended 9 gallons will be 1.043.

Have you tried to restart the stuck fermentation? Sometimes it's as easy as adjusting the pH, which has saved 12 gallons for me.

To calculate any blend add the total of all gravity points and divide by the new total volume. 10 points per gallon in a 3 gallon batch = 30 points. 60 points per gallon in the 6 gallon batch = 360 points. 30 + 360 = 390 total points, 360 / 9 gallons = 43.3 or 1.043

Awesome thanks a lot!
