Woodchuck Cider. A bit too sweet, but good with spicy food. I like my cider dry if I'm drinking more than a few ounces. Northern Spain style.

2 month old Redgum Chai Bochet. Sweet, and light 9% ABV.
I'm really liking this.
It's the first bottle of the meadage. (Vintage?) and its travelling just fine.
I look forward to how it tracks at the show this weekend.

Opened a bottle of Saratoga Winery's Bloodroot the other day. One of my favorite melomels (pyments?) from them. It is made with 88% grapes and 12% honey and tastes of black cherry, currant, vanilla, and spice. All of their melomels are sweet and this is probably my favorite of theirs (Spitfire comes close too). Makes me wonder why they chose to call it a melomel over a pyment, but I guess that's just marketing strategy.

I also had a bottle of Apple Wine made with 8% honey. It was good but nothing really stood out to me about it. I forget where it was from- somewhere in NY state.
