Having experimented with producing mead on a small personal scale, I would like to look at possibly setting up on a micro brewery level and have begun my research but have no idea where to start or what equipment would be needed from a professional production stand point of view.
Can anyone suggest a good book or would be willing to offer advice from lessons learned?
