Just finished a 12oz bottle of White Winter Traditional Brackett.

If you like good beer, you should really like this, however if you don't like beer you probably won't.

I found it to have predominant malted barley and hops flavors. There wasn't much honey character upfront. In fact it was very much like a small local breweries honey lager.

Pleasantly astringent with a bit of hops lingering on the palate.

I found it to be an overall pleasant beverage. I wish it were readily available in West Michigan.

More to come on their Traditional Sweet Mead, Cyser, and Raspberry Mead.

(You'll have to wait a few months for a review of these as I'm going to let them age a bit)
