Just a thought here. Since we have a place for topics on, specifically, beer and hard liquors, why not have one specifically on non-mead wines (grape, etc.). Some of the work people are doing with their wines is very interesting, and could easily be applied to mead -- or at least can make a person think. Right now, there's no easy place to find this info at GM.
