It inspired me to look at the site, there is a listing for a 'Cellar Master' with a job description as long as your arm and then, this job description for a
General Manager
Job Description:
Terroir Wine Bar in New York City is looking for a General Manager to oversee the Terroir on the High Line operation for the summer season (April 23rd thru November 1st) then potentially join the Terroir team as it looks to expand.
Qualifications:
-must love hospitality
-must love Riesling
-must love service
-must love Riesling
-must love taking guests on wine journeys
-must love educating the staff and helping them take guests on wine journeys
....sounds like a pretty sweet job !!!
