Appearance:

This mead light golden, brilliant in appearance. When swirled, it shows the impression of a good, glyceric mead and coats the glass well. When let stand, it develops good legs.

Aroma and Flavor:

The nose is strong honey, clean and clear. The honey used to make this mead is a strong wildflower honey, and the nose is rich and full. A good mouth feel, smooth with honey top notes, with a slight acidic ending. This mead is medium sweet.

Overall Impressions:

A good traditional mead.
