For that there would have to be a distiller for whiskey. And I only use mine to make clean water. Ahem.

One of the local HBS had the components for a small setup that he said was handy for making essential oils, ahem.

Yeah. That's the ticket. Essential oils.

Grrrr. Delayed until Saturday. I was hoping to spend all of Saturday putting the place back together and have cold draft beer for Sunday.

Grrrrrrrr Still waiting. I'm last in line all the time because the pro clients keep calling and they pay MUCH more. AND he's a one man operation. PRoblem is that everything else is held up because most of the room is built up around the system. Sigh.

Bribe him with single malt whisky. Works with my friends. I suggest Balvenie 15.

Better brewing through science!

Not sure if it a consolation or not, but I do virtually everything myself. Your Tardis build I could stretch to many years (and have, on occasion) Still working on my primary mead space (4 years), but have the secondary one done in only 2! (also my wife's painting space, could that have helped?)

Haha. Beat you. Mine's taken more than 5 years so far! (I'd not have believed it, but I know I started before my son was born.)

Actually I started it before I ever dreamt of making mead too. Huh.

FINALLY!!! The system is finished!!

I ended up with six different dispensers three domestic, one European and two Guinness connections (Harp uses the same connection) All the domestic can be used for either regular beer1/6 kegs or my own filled kegs. I have blended gas Nitro/Co2 with two different blends (one nitro heavy for Guinness) and each connection is regulated so I can wither just dispense still or force carb. YAY!!! It's the ultimate keezers! Pictures coming later today or tomorrow once I get everything back in order.

Next order of business: TARDIS DOOR!!!!!
