Yeah we have a cat too. Hanna Anna Clawdia Demanda. She reaches out her claws to tap you with and gives that LOUD MEROW for her pets and treats. One time catching my partner when he was turning around in his chair. Left a 12 inch scar with three of her claws on his back...

There is some more build left. It's mostly cosmetic but while I go through long periods of inactivity, when a job rears its lucrative head, everything takes a backseat. I am very unsatisfied at the "cluttered" look of the unfinished garage door, but can't do anything about it just yet. Also, the Star Wars artifacts are placed in a way that is obscuring all the Doctor stuff making it seem more like the Falcon than the Tardis. This is because my SW stuff is large...like big in size...but really only consumer stuff while a lot of my Doctor stuff is real stuff actually used in the show or made by the same prop guy (Rubber Toe...his stuff IS the stuff) but small. So even though there's more Doctor stuff, it isn't "front and center." I have to do something about that. I also haven't gotten to installing the TARDIS door yet. It's life sized!!! AND... I need to get some of the current Dalek tech that's recently been spotted in the TV TARDIS... (those round concentric circles aren't from Galifrey!!!) So...still lots more build left.
Hrm, what happens in that TARDIS stays in the TARDIS was what I was looking for mostly... You know, mead happened, you consumed it there, stayed in the TARDIS, lost a few days, found more mead....... <Duck & Cover!>

My partners happened when he turned his back to Hanna, so right up there with Longinus really...

A recent study showed that it will take a cat on average only 15 minutes to start eating its dead owner. Dogs are no better sad to say... apparently there is evidence of dogs not even waiting for the demise of their masters. They have been known to gnaw off the toes of a diabetic owner. This must be an asshole owner or some kind of instinct where the dog thinks it's helping? My money's on that. I bet they can smell something is up with that toe.
I have personal knowledge of cases where a dog has known of impending illness hours before the 'patient'. In these cases, the dog shepherded the soon-to-be sick person and pretty much demanded they lay down.
My guess is the same as yours, Manny... that the toes were going gangrenous and the dog was excising soon-to-be-dead tissue. Cats, on the other hand.... They start snooping around for the insurance policy.

Whadda ya mean snooping for it?? They already went shopping for it years ago! They just need to be prepared to be surprised their human died after they fell down the stairs, by tripping on the cat.

I can't wait for this spring! I have a feeling (in my toe) that the orange blossom season is going to be especially prolific this year. I look forward to the first full year of temperature controlled fermentation and aging. That means Ill be using lots of more traditional yeasts in my still incomplete but FULLY OPERATIONAL TARDIS!!! (See? Star Wars just can't keep it's nose out of the equation). Well. off to the renovation! A flipper's job is never done... for 90 days.
Yeah it's been a fairly warm winter here so hopefully no winter die offs. Any plans on what to do with your OB harvest this year?
My wife has a bit of a TARDIS going on upstairs too.

Nice place! Are those clay tiles on roof in first pic? They are pretty common here in Holland, but have only seen some in Florida in states
