Thanks everybody. I have a mead/must on the fruit in the fermenter right now. It is to be named "Mambo in Your Mouth II: Heart of Darkness." Lots of fruit, including homegrown raspberries, cherries and black currants, and red currants from Alaska, courtesy of Pete Devaris. Plus a few blackberries. Expectations are high.
Again, your best wishes are well received, and I hope you all make many great meads this summer. "Now is the summer of our must ferment..."
