Wendell is a little short on perspective here, seeing only his goal and the blunt instrument he purchased to achieve it.  Mel is more complex than that, obviously, and therein lies the conflict between them.  I'm deftly avoiding the whole ownership issue, as the evils of slavery are obvious and completely beside the point of the story.  Yes, Wendell had a sentient being made to order, but that's where we'll leave it.

I'll be changing around the format of the Meadhall pages in the next couple of weeks, with a few new features and those pesky Navigation Tree issues solved at last.  That's the goal, anyway.

Next time, things start to heat up with the Fire Ants!  See you then!
