5 Gallons — Necturine now in carboy (my wifes @ 10 days)15lbs of Necturines.  This time she cut them into cubes and used a mesh bag!  She used 12lbs of wildflower honey and Sweet Mead Yeast.  This was an experimental mead.  she did not pasturize the honey and did not sterilize the fruit.  She just washed the fruit very well and made the water just hot enough to mix in the honey.  So far so good it smells wonderful!
