Primarys Planning a plain sweet mead and a vanilla bean sweet mead (metheglin?). I have just purchased 15 "Mexican Vanilla Beans". Mexican vanilla beans are supposed to be much stronger than the Madagascar variety. They better be at twice the price!
11/23/07 Got my 5 gallons of Wildflower Honey in so more mead is going to be in the works very shortly.
