swanton in zip code 48044 is Mich. not Maine…and meadery count for Maine doesnt seem right!…as in too many…and i know of one that isnt listed…not that i am trying to be a “know-it-all” d-bag…(comes natural…lol) Other than Maine Mead Works, the rest are Wineries/Cideries/Brewery that offer a bottle of something that has honey as an afterthought. Atlantic Brewing offers a braggot which is great! but i never see it in stores and i think its seasonal/local only. Please update Meadery count with The Fat Friar Meadery in NewCastle, Maine https://thefatfriarsmeadery.com/ they are on Vinoshipper, they offer very good meads…also LOVE your website/podcast…thank you for setting the story straight on MEAD!!
